NO Waste
A project by MigTheRobot
No Waste is an ongoing art drop series by Mig, turning found materials. (like discarded wood, signs, empty spray cans) into unique, one-of-a-kind spray painted pieces. Each artwork is left in a public space for someone to find, and the location is shared on Mig’s Instagram for free pickup.
It started in 2024 with a black election sign that matched the spray cans Mig had that day. He painted it on the spot, left it behind, and someone later shared it online. The idea kept going, with more drops being claimed by nearby followers.
This project opens up a new way for Mig to connect with the community and It asks:
What happens when art is given away for free? does it gain or lose value?
By turning trash into art, No Waste also quietly pushes back against the throwaway culture in both street art and commercial industries, reminding us that creativity and sustainability can go hand in hand.
You can support the project by purchasing art pieces, prints, and merch through the store, every bit helps keep the momentum going.
