No Waste Art Drop Project

No Waste

A project by MigTheRobot

No Waste is an ongoing art drop series by Mig, turning found materials. (like discarded wood or signs) into unique, one-of-a-kind spray painted pieces. Each artwork is left in a public space for someone to find, and the location is shared on Mig’s Instagram for free pickup.

It started in 2024 with a black election sign that matched the spray cans Mig had that day. He painted it on the spot, left it behind, and someone later shared it online. The idea kept going, with more drops being claimed by nearby followers.

This project opens up a new way for Mig and his audience to connect. It asks:
Is graffiti still just for those who practice it underground, or can it become a bridge between artist, environment, and community?

By turning trash into art, No Waste also quietly pushes back against the throwaway culture in both street art and commercial spaces, reminding us that creativity and sustainability can go hand in hand.
