Terms of service

1. Definitions 
1.1. "Seller" means MigTheRobot, the entity offering goods for sale. 
1.2. "Buyer" means the individual or entity purchasing goods from the Seller. 
1.3. "Goods" means the products or items offered for sale by the Seller.
1.4. "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions of Sale, including any related purchase orders or invoices.

2. Acceptance of Terms 
2.1. By placing an order with the Seller, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. Any terms proposed by the Buyer that deviate from these Terms and Conditions are rejected unless explicitly agreed to in writing by the Seller.

3. Orders 

3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller.
3.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.

4. Prices 
4.1. Prices are as stated on the Seller’s website or as quoted at the time of sale. 4.2. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise specified. 
4.3. The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

5. Payment Terms 
5.1. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
5.2. Accepted payment methods for the meantime is PayPal.

6. Delivery 
6.1. The Seller will use reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates but is not liable for delays. 
6.2. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the designated shipping address. 
6.3. The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the Goods upon receipt and notifying the Seller of any issues within 2 day

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

7.1. International Orders: All sales are final. International shipments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any condition.

7.2. Printed Apparel: Printed graphic hoodies, pullovers, and t-shirts may be eligible for a size replacement only within 3 days of delivery, provided the items are completely unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all labels intact. The customer is strictly responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange.

7.3. Custom & Exclusive Items: Customized, personalized, limited edition, or 1-of-1 pieces are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any condition.

7.4. Digital Goods: Subscriptions, customized digital sketches, and all other digital deliverables are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

8. Warranties 
8.1. The Seller warrants that the Goods conform to the specifications at the time of delivery. 
8.2. The Seller disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability 
9.1. The Seller’s liability for any claim arising under this Agreement is limited to the purchase price of the Goods. 
9.2. The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Force Majeure 
10.1. The Seller is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, and supply chain disruptions.

11. Governing Law 
11.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Amman Court of First Instance, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11.2. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Amman Court of First Instance 

12. Entire Agreement 
12.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Seller and the Buyer and supersedes all prior agreements. 
12.2. No amendment to these Terms and Conditions is valid unless agreed to in writing by the Seller.

13. Severability 
13.1. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Notices 
14.1. All notices under this Agreement shall be in writing and sent to the respective parties at the addresses specified in the purchase order or invoice.

15. Miscellaneous 
15.1. The Buyer may not assign this Agreement without the Seller’s prior written consent. 
15.2. The Seller’s failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provisions.
